|   Dear Friends,  Here at Richwise we’re focused on providing the best service to you, and that includes keeping in mind the safety and health of our customers and their families, as well as our team members.   Considering the ever-evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we’ve been closely monitoring this in real-time based on the advice of the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer and reviewing our approach regularly.  Richwise Australia is trading with Russia and Europe and our plywood is certified. While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our warehouse, we have implemented additional precautionary measures: • We are doubling our cleaning routine in our warehouse, • We will ensure that you are able to sanitise your hands in our warehouse, • We have re-trained all our team members and prepped them on increased hygiene standards.   We want to keep our customers and team members up to date on the information they need to help prevent exposure to the virus. Your safety is critical, so we have requested that if any team member feels unwell, that they remain at home and we encourage our customers to do the same.   This is a difficult time for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our customers first.
