  Rich Décor is a birch plywood overlaid with an AB grade veneer and lacquered on one or on both faces. Veneering is usually done with 0.55 mm thick veneers of birch, beech, European maple, European oak and alder. Other species and thickness may be available on request.
Veneer quality is selected according to the customer’s requirements.
Rich Décor Plywood is a high-end architectural material. It can be applied in luxury interiors, top quality furniture and design objects, elite joinery and doors, wall and ceiling panelling in the luxurious spaces.
This product is naturally beautiful, easily workable, structurally strong and environmentally friendly.
Plywood is glued with waterproof phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive. The weather and boiling water resistant bonding meet the requirements of the following standards:Â EN 314 / 3rd class;Â BS 1203 / H 4 (previously WBP); DIN 68705 Part 3 / type BFU 100.
In accordance with the standard EN 13986 the formaldehyde emission meets the Class E1 requirements. Plywood glued with phenol-formaldehyde resins meets the CARB Phase 2 and Japanese 4-Star Regulation’s requirements.
The available sizes are 2500mm x1250/1500mm and 2400mm x1220/1525mm.
According to the customers requirements, the panels can be cut-to-size and machined.
